I LOVE my new shelf!!

My awesome hubby built me a shelf today for my craft room and I just had to share it!

The shelf on the right is my new shelf. I don't have all my stuff on it yet, but it won't take me long to fill it up!

Cody (the hubz) thinks we should move the shelf on the left over and build another shelf to go in between these two. There may be more shelves to come.

My Pink Stamper Green, Black & Pink Challenge Card

Here is the card I made for todays challenge. I used the Straight from the Nest Cricut Cartridge. This is a 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 card. The punch is the scalloped trim edge from Stampin Up! The ribbon is from Hobby Lobby and the circles where made with a 1 1/2 and 1 1/4 circle punch. I used the Thinking of You stamp from My Pink Stamper's stamps.

Creat N Crop-Perry, Ga (March 2010)

I know its late, but better late than never! These are pictures from the Create n crop Bev and I went to in March. I didn't take very many pictures because I was too busy buying stuff and making cards. I can't believe that Bev and I failed to get a picture together! Anyways.....we had a lot of fun and got a lot of new stuff to bring home. I won something twice and I think Bev won twice too. Bev got a lot done in her sons scrapbook while I played on the computer.....which lead to Ebay which lead to HSN.com which lead to the purchase of Straight from the Nest cricut cartridge. Well here are the pictures.

Green Cookies!

I was in the mood for something sweet so I pulled out a recipe my husband's grandma gave me, the green cookie recipe. They are so good!

1 Box white cake mix

1 Box pistachio pudding

1/2 cup oil

2 eggs

chocolate chips

Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.

 Here are the cards I did today. These will be shown to my boss tomorrow with my other relay for life cards.

STICKLES!!

The frog card, red (thinking of you) card and gray (thinking of you) card needed something else. Stickles! Duh! So I added stickles to the frog and gray cards, but i need some black stickles for the red card. My friend Bev is going to let me borrow hers so when I get it done I will put a revised picture of it up.

 

Oh and my furry kids (Gemma-white Toby-fawn) are helping me today.....

HAHA! Lots of help they are!

Relay for Life

Friday at work my boss asked us if we had any ideas to help raise money for relay for life. I am crafty so of course my first thought goes to crafts and how could I make something that I can take to work that could possibly raise money for a great cause. LIGHT BULB! I could make cards. People could either place orders or buy the ones that I have made already. So Today I have been in my craft room (all day) making a few card ideas to present to my boss on Tuesday.
